I think it will happen eventually, just not in the "immediate" (not tomorrow not next year) future..
the mythology in live action deserves to be advanced same as any of the other characters. It helps to contextualize it and not go with the reactionary interpretation that recasting means that Mr. Boseman's portrayal meant nothing or that it's the same thing as replacing a spare tire.. be careful with it, explore it, but don't just say "no more live action panther ever again"... even if it weren't a corporate behemoth like Disney owning the character and all the speculative ways that "they could get it wrong" (seriously people, STFU with the 'rumor has it' clickbait articles; the latest involves Rege Jean-Page, with a million predictable it-must-be-true-time-to-call-all-light-skin-folks-CIA-agents-in-the-name-of-refuting-colorism commentaries)... there would still be value in recasting eventually.
Even if Jean-Page was in it, and I'm not putting any stock into that rumor, why would he be playing T'Challa?
The LINE would start to the left of folks taking issue with a light skinned Black Panther. Mainly lead by the Shuri should be Panther crowd LOL.
Black Panther 3? Fine. Let BP 2 be the reality check about the power of T'Challa.I think it will happen eventually, just not in the "immediate" (not tomorrow not next year) future..
Eh, they just use his body as fuel for some kind of sound machine that turns him into a sound creature. Don't get me wrong, I don't think that's the most likely result, I just suspect it was at least considered when they cast him in Age of Ultron. Personally, I'm glad he got to show his real face because I think he's a good actor who doesn't get to appear as himself often enough.

I'm not familiar with Jean page but colorism is a hateful thing. He's Biracial and he's also black. Anyways, there's a rumor that coogler is creating an original character and marvel would never kill off t'challa after boseman passed away; off screen or otherwise
Creating an original character would be dumb IMO, when there are characters from the comics that held the mantle even if it was brief. If Jean Page is in the film I expect him to be Kasper since the character is biracial like the actor that’s rumored to be on board.
