That's for a book that's coming out but it was also announced back in January, so who knows when it comes out.

It was announced for a 2022 release. Perhaps end of 2022 if it's still in the works?

Also I quibble with whether it was actually "announced" - the writer said he was working on it but there's been nothing official from DC I believe.

I don't recall much from it but seems Trial of the Amazons will probably be about stuff that was setup in Yara's FS mini.

Cloonan and Conrad have said one can consider Immortal Wonder Woman cannon if they want but it's so inconceivably far into the future it won't really factor in to their current run.

I was rereading Future State Nubia (which is a near future) and I hope it does not follow that path and is only taken as a possible future,
it seems that Diana is the queen of Themyscira, Nubia no longer has a relationship with Diana and the Amazons, and I would believe that Hippolyta is dead.
I don't like so much drama.

Yea if I remember I know Dc said some of the things are possible while others are also cannon. So I'm not sure if Dc is even sure what they want to be cannon or not

So while Yara could be Wonder Woman. It might not fully happen in the same way.

I'm going to have to do some digging but, I'm pretty sure I read that Wonder Woman was the key to stopping Future State from happening exactly the way we've been shown. I hope so because, most of it looks sort of bleak. Definitely don't like Nubia's non-Amazon ties and the death of Hippolyta and Donna Troy in the pages of Titans Academy. Perhaps Wonder Woman will become the beacon of hope here and prevent some of the tragedy.
