I guess nobody wants Mr. Swaggery-Pants returns, even those of us who liked the movie.

If Steve comes back for WW3 outside of a 1minute flashback sequence we riot.

Diana and Col. Steve are okay enough, though I've never liked their instant, paperless marriage. I just wish some clever writers (Cloonrad) could introduce a little uncertainty into the mix, ..with a scrappy, Persian-looking, Asgardian dragon-slayer, who could become Diana's go-to mysticism expert, as part of a regular cast.

And I'd really like to see Steve working for Diana, in some capacity. He tells ARGUS to kiss off and signs up to work for Diana, as her pilot and expeditions guy.

Just some random thoughts. Diana and the Colonel, all the way.

You can't make an entire movie about Diana learning to let him go and she still end up with the guy. I love Steve and Diana's relationship in those movies, but for ****'s sake, don't kill him if you still need him for your story.

He died. They have to live with that. Yeah, the chemistry was unreal, but they put that toy back in the box and it's time to leave it alone.

I would have accepted Steve coming back as some subplot in the third movie once Diana had time to have adventures without him, but if he comes back again that's way too much. Moreover, the weird way they revived him the second time kind of sours the entire idea. If she managed to go back in time and pluck him from the explosion, returning him to her time? Sure. But the weird body swap stuff was the worst outcome, it's the one we got, and Captain Trevor needs to stay in the ground.
    May we never forget:

If Circe's the villain, I could see some magic conjuring an illusion of him but probably not.

It's weird, some simple ADR and some edits in certain scenes and that whole bit is completely removed.

Chris Pine already said he's not returning, even before WW84 premiered.
