The biggest problem was ...if your gonna promote Mr. McMahon appearing ...it has to be a "ground breaking" type move. Where something happens and its onscreen. This could have been posted online on WWE.Com with him at his desk and done that. Or a clip away on RAW. The entire thing was a colossal waste of time and effort.

Well the WWE comically has an open revolt online. As a heel Seth Rollins tweeted out a face palm emoji seconds affer Brock Lesnar came out to set up another Roman Reigns match.

idk, wwe kind of sucks at tournaments but if they want to go in that direction i'd go further and make the tournament winner get a match against steph for permanent ceo/chairman status. bring in all the carnys, russo, bitchoff, heyman, jarrett, the anonymous gm, dixie carter, trump, flair, corny, ace, etc basically any jackoff with a podcast. I heard about that. They used them in a way to put over the new heel stable they are going with "Honor No More". Speaking of Ring of Honor ...well...its been a dud really. Jim Ross has to be sitting there thinking in a way he's watching another comical UWF/Crockett situation play out. Where Crockett paid an inflated price to buy the UWF from Bill Watts and it was all coming crashing down. Tony Khan paid an inflated price for Ring of Honor and seemingly had these big plans it appeared. Then...nothing.
After a PPV the company is literally dead as WCW was on WWF TV with title belts. They have moved the ROH TV belt around and had AEW guys win belts like Wheeler etc. But the company seems dead as a door nail and just being used on TV with title belts right now with no long term plan.
Unless Khan announces a HBO Max streaming deal this entire deal was a waste of millions of dollars. Or a new TV deal for ROH to go with again...unless either happens soon then its a huge waste of money and Crockett levels stupid on how lazy it was booked.
