Thank god. I'm was over Punk after the scrum, him hanging over everything in AEW like a toxic cloud afterwards wasn't endearing me to him.

Biggest question I have is: who currently has physical possession of Punk’s title belt? Could that belt be seen again at another promotion? We’ve seen that before in wrestling history.
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft
Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”
Well, that was surprisingly up front.
Little bit of irony to the Collision theme kicking in right after that.
(Bootleg L.A. Knight in the crowd is good for a laugh though...)
The crowd was brutal with the news. TK better hope tonight and tomorrow don't get hijacked by angry fans
you could feel how frustrated ricky was, seeing as how he was suppose to face punk. but facing amdrag? not a bad replacement.
Daaaammnnn....
Thanks for this info BeastieRunner. Seems it was indeed a situation that was concerning to all involved backstage. Is there a wrestling site that revealed all this info? I'm interested in where you heard the info from, and thankful you were able to relay it.
On the plus side, the Trish vs Becky Cage match was a fire opener to the PLE. It was worth the wait
Darby coming out looking like the villain in a "The Expendables..." flick.
