Yeah looking back Vince could have paid the $2 million that Zuffa did and looked like a genius. But with certain states against it from having shows , no releases on home video and all then...Vince likely was thinking...do I want this headache dealing with state government to air shows ?

Plus Vince wouldn't really know real fighting either. Bit he now comically calls the shots as White's boss which is bizarre.

Roman vs Cody——Great Match. Had a lot of swings back and forth and the whole story was awesome. I didn't like the ending but I understand it. Reigns is a heel and heels win by any means necessary. 4.5-5
Bianca vs ASuka—-Asuka should have won. Not a fan of Bianca as she is 1-2 strength moves and hair twirling and that seems to be it and didn't sell worth a damn nor can she do a simple drop kick. 3-5
Gunther VD McIntyre VS Shamus—-WOW, just WOW. This was the WWE Instructional Video on Big Meaty Men slapping Meat. 5-5
Edge vs Finn(Demon)—-Finn showed how to keep it going. Edge had to win 1 of these and this was the one. Didn't make Finn look weak at all. 4-5
    Brock vs Omos—-Yeah...No...1-5
Women’s tag team 4 teams—-Ugh...I get it that Rhonda is hurt but the other 7 could do SOMETHING. But no, it was bad...2-5

Over all the 2 nights had some awesome matches and a couple stinkers so I would give it a solid A Mania...

The endeavor purchase could lead to the talent having their ability to draw income from third parties taken away again. Endeavor killed fighters being able to get their own sponsors in UFC. I can see them making things more restrictive for the wrestlers

    Vulture.com on the sale (excerpt)
It appears, however, that Emanuel was actually able to say the biggest number, which turned out to be $9.3 billion — or “a little over nine bil,” as Shiv might say. Maybe Endeavor was simply the suitor most amenable to keeping Vince in the fold, as just before the merger was announced, he’d apparently negotiated a two-year employment deal with WWE. The Endeavor deal will make him executive chairman of the board of the new company, and the preexisting deal gave him control over his life rights and protects him from future lawsuits brought by the company. In other words, he’s got them beat. He appeared alongside Emanuel on CNBC this morning — sporting his new look of dyed hair and a mustache — and said he will not be “in the weeds” in terms of WWE’s creative control moving forward. While it seems unlikely that Vince’s fingerprints won’t be all over WWE’s creative product moving forward, it appears that the era of WWE as a family-run business is truly over.

Ari Emanuel on potential for disagreements [with Vince]:
Here’s what we said, and I said it to him: If we disagree on something that we want to do, guess what? We’re not doing it. It’s the relationship I have with Silver Lake – I would never put that (at risk). And it’s the relationship I have with Dana. Dana’s got the say as it relates to the UFC, Vince as it relates to the WWE. He’s going to have the say. We have nothing to do with the creative process. That’s Vince’s, and that’s Dana’s situation. All the back stuff, we’re going to try and do what we do. I think that’s what (McMahon) wants. But if there’s a disagreement, that’s called a relationship. We will work it out. That’s how we have it.

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

Vince is rocking that supervillain porn stache.

I can't imagine he will be totally hands off from creative.

Wrestling is in Vince's blood and I don't think he'll be able to stay away for too long.

Most telling comment that hints over disagreements with Stephanie.
    :

"No, it’s a great day. Things have to evolve. We have family business. It all has to evolve for all the right reasons, and this is the right business decision thus far – is the right family decision.

Vince has said he won't be returning onscreen as Mr. McMahon.

Auska posting on Twitter about leaving WWE and going back to Japan, would think its a work. Bianca is the male Roman, she just wont lose the belt. Auska is 0-5 at Mania.

If guys are wondering how bad Finn cut was at WrestleMania take a look. It's pretty graphic

It was completely the right call to stop the match.

Saw an interview of Vince on the real news this morning and I kept waiting for him to demand pictures of that villain, Spider-Man!

A friend of mine posted his thoughts on Roman vs Rhodes.

"Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part, but as someone that gre up watching the long running Dusty/4 Horsemen feud I can't help but notice how similar this current storyline is. Dusty was always just this close to beating Flair, only to be thwarted by Arn/Tully/Ole. Sometimes he would even win, but then have the victory overturned. It was a "story" of Dusty always being just so close and his fans hating the 4 Horsemen for always ruining the moment. This is exactly what Cody and Roman/Uso's feels like right now. If so, HHH is paying homage and playing it perfectly. Who knows if there will be a payoff or a finish to the story, but if there is I don't think it will be soon."

    Very valid point...

Though it makes u wonder how much longer they can keep it up before fans only view it as they'll only believe that Roman will lose when he actually does, and stop buying the hype.

Whatever they were going for with Cody they've already missed their chance. Anything after Wrestlemania is just going to feel muted and 'less than'.
