The talk is backstage more was angry at HHH who gave a speech on Sunday or Monday on how things won't change and Vince wouldn't be back in creative. Not only did AEW sign a former WWE front office guy away....they got a top free agent in Jay White the WWE was after. Pretty big deals for AEW.

So saw the BCC promo with Danielson and its nearly like the idea I proposed months ago where the guys go to war against the Elite over being wrestlers and the direction of the business etc. I loved the Danielson promo and he's always been good at cutting heel promos...and this was no different. Where he proclaimed Hangman has no friends backstage. (playing off the sh-t last year).
There are claims some fans actually chanted for CM Punk to save Hangman. Which...would have been bizarre to see play out.
Anyhow my only deal is that Danielson wasn't gone long enough to sell a shocking heel turn as we saw. Like ...maybe he needs to be gone at least 2 months to do this type of thing. But AEW needs a big A+ storyline and Danielson , Moxley , Claudio and Yuti against the Elite is gonna be it right now.
