From Parker’s recent look back on his New 52 Aquaman run. This makes me want to see Parker try a proper Superman run.One of my big agendas was that I didn’t want to see Black Manta. It’s like dragging in the Joker every 10 minutes. Give them a break, so they’re special when they come back. I wanted to focus on some other villains. DC didn't know what they had with Parker, although they did let him cultivate a Hanna-Barbera Superhero universe and a Batman '66-verse.

Y’know I think Rucka could write a great Trinity book. He’s written all three well and seems to have a good handle on the dynamic. Pity he didn’t get offered a chance to write them together more before leaving for creator owned work.
