1. Yes and no. In some costumes he can rigidify his cape. In most of his capes he can slow down his downfall like a parachute with it.
2. Batman now wears a bulletproof Nomex costume - blocks light bullets and his much lighter and flexible than any previous bulletproof textiles.
3. Yes. A very strong silk rope inspired by spider strings can be very thin and very strong.

5. It depends on the version of the Batcave, in some there are rocks that can move to show an opening, in some the Batwing isn't underground but under the nearby hill with a secret oppening.
