Skrulls are known to be the Deviants of their own species, more or less and I wonder if

Deviants are the opposite of Eternals in the sense that one can not procreate with their own kind (Eternals)

but Deviants/genetics can procreate with *any* species. Has anyone else other thought or considered that.

But in the immediate point, it does seem like the plot was changed from hybrid birth to weapon.

One noteworthy case is Tigra having a son William with Hank Pym Skrull imposter Criti Noll. The impersonation was so perfect that William has Pym's DNA rather than a Skrull's. Though it may be because Noll incorporated Pym's DNA into his cells to complete the impersonation.

The idea of shapeshifting DNA is just...lolwut? If your DNA shapeshifts into a Human, then... how can you change back? Also... what would prevent your child from doing the same?

Today's issue pretty much went almost exactly like i speculated in regards to Johnny and his soulband and it also felt like setup for the Reckoning War. I guess almost everything from now till January will be setup for the event, feels like Franklin and Johnny's arc could resolve there. The solutions are pretty much teased in this issue

I can't imagine Reed being stymied very long in trying to find a way to undo Doom's handiwork. Also, The Reckoning is mentioned by Doom in today's Guardians of the Galaxy. Since this was GOTG's last issue, I doubt it references some other future story.

I think Sky's father and all of her Unparalleled teammates will not be very happy with Kaila's experience on Earth and with Johnny Storm. So this is definitely not the end.
I like Sky and I'm a little offended that her storyline, where she became a superhero of her own and a friend of her community, never found a continuation and ended ... like this. She could have her own happy life on Earth.
