Devos appeared in Realm of Kings: Inhumans where he led an attack on a Kree world during Medusa's rule.

I really hope that's the back cover for all the variants. It's almost solid text, but the old logo and the faint first cover for a background seem fitting.

It was doing interesting comparisons between the FF and the Hulk. They were also the ones to help Hulk while the Avengers were instantly on attack mode. It made me want Ewing on the FF even more to see what he has planned.
