It does seem poor form to have Ben's wife and even Johnny's current flame not included. The degree of formality used in the X-gala seems to imply that proper invitations and plus ones were included. All I can think of are Jo and Nicki being too young and needing babysitters. Or the time honored response of...

I would think that if Franklin and Val are going then kids are welcome. But Jo and Nicki may have been left behind for a reason. Maybe they are both still a little too militant. But otherwise.....the whole fam should be there.

Johnny sleeps with Victorious after making Skye and Lyja upset, Alicia slowly turning bad and takes control of Lyja with clay and sends her packing, Reed is Dooms best man. Slott is writing Johnny like his thick man-child spider-man and adding Soap opera drama for no reason. He's literally a piece of sh*t in this issue. Also Silva's art was not great this issue, very lazy and rushed. I expect better from one of Marvels best.
