I'm surprised they didn't change her name to the Burgandy Witch. At least her powers compensate for the lack of red. I guess the contrast makes the red magic stick out more. I prefer the Sokovian clairvoyant crown to the tiara. The details are nice. I thought she would go back to her natural chestnut brown hair as opposed to the strawberry blonde. At least she had a cape and resembles something more comic accurate than a red blazer.

my hope is that the hex was a trade off with the house of m reality event, this was the power crisis for mcu wanda so that we wont have to go trough a mcu house of M event or the mcu “no more mutants” lunacy”, this way Wanda, having already had her breakdown story arc, can finally work toward getting her groove again not to mention some much needed peace of mind

Sure, but as messed up as it is making a town live through a sitcom world is a lot more excusable than the full on genocide from HoM

Hopefully they let Wanda seek accountability by being trained properly and seeking help. Marvel just isn't good at dealing with the aftermaths of heroes doing questionable or bad things.

I still don't get how 6 days of stardom in a Sitcom fantasy, with only the mild compensation of sharing Wanda's nightmares, & a relaxing break from their kids is torture they won!!

She didn’t do it on purpose, she had no way of knowing she had just become a mythological godlike creature, no one is mentally equipped to deal with such power without warning but when she realized it she choose to do the right thing and she dispersed the hex

So? A person tat commits manslaughter doesnt set out to kill a person on purpose but the damage is still done regardless. There are 1000s of people that were afected and the chances are that at least a few of them are incredibly f--ked up by what she did

There weren't thousands in that little NJ town. But Marvel has always been bad at resolutions for heroes doing bad things. It's not a surprise that they are still bad at it or the notion of getting their heroes therapy.

Apples and oranges, she just started crying on an abandoned construction site and her grief poured out without any control in the form of a reality warping wave, it could not be avoided cause she had no way to know that emotionally bursting into tears could have such consequence.
