In some ways it may be worse for Sam and Bucky. Wanda and Vision have several series, separately and together, where they are the stars, and those series are seling out. Except for their respective runs as Captain America, Sam and Bucky don't have much of their own material and only one five-issue mini together, but that's all Marvel chose to give them.

At some point I think I just have to assume Marvel publishing didn't expect the streaming shows to be as big a deal as they are, even after COVID canceled the year's movies.

Now Marvel needs to give her new material.

Marvel really didn’t anticipate how much interest fans have in Wanda. Their own disinterest in Wanda has caused them lose out on the cash haul they could have had if they had been promoting her from the start. What an expensive lesson to learn.

I don't have one anymore. It use to be Abnett and Busiek. But they both have moved on. Artist is probably Kevin Wada. He's just so exceptional. But I think he's even working on something indie atm.

If it were up to me I'd pick Heinberg and Cheung to do a Scarlet Witch comic. Cheung draws her so beautifully (not that he's the only one) and has almost never gotten a chance to draw her since "Children's Crusade," and I'd like to see them follow up on whatever ideas they might have had for her after that story.

I don't think there is a best. There are several good ones. Like Vision and the Scarlet Witch and her solo ventures. But Wanda is tricky because her origins and the meat of her characterization are in a huge chunk of Avengers Volume 1. And there are very necessary issues (like 234) in that.
