Magneto and the Mutant Force preview shows that Wanda and Pietro fought alongside their father and the x-men. Either they’re still mutants in this universe or at least believed themselves to be

I think silver witch was the result of her powers mixing with Pietro´s after he died so she´s sort of an amalgan character who has Pietro´s speed powers and Wanda´s hex bolts.
