After reading S.W.O.R.D.#7 it has only been confirmed to me that Fabian Cortez killed Wanda
I am a Marvel fan preferably cosmic storylines, especially Thanos or Dark Phoenix related, when both the Avengers and the X-Men are involved count me in, loved the original Uncanny Avengers series.
Not a fan of any of the new characters.

Related to Magneto and no care for humans and wanting to make trouble.
And the marks on the neck make sense.'

This is my pick as well

Oh I didn't really need to know. I think it's just a shame that someone so irrelevant could be the one that offed Wanda.

Fabian Cortez is one of the six who has access to the new metal mysterium, as revealed in S.W.O.R.D. #7, mysterium renders magical powers ineffective which is no doubt the reason Wanda is fleeing and as seen in Way of X #3 Cortez loves nothing better than choking an victim and he was probably wearing his replica Magneto helmet whilst killing Wanda.

It's fine as a "for memes and fun" episode really.)
I do hope there will be some dedicated episode surrounding her in future seasons.(Based on comic AU Wandas, I am interested in "A Study in Scarlet" happy family Wanda observed by MU Wanda, Cancerverse, and maybe Kya from Thor Reigning arc.)
I could see a couple of What If? stories involving Wanda. They could do, What If she stayed with Ultron, What if she didn't throw Crossbones into a building, What if she stopped Thanos from resurrecting the Vision, etc

I think the premise of all the episodes are already confirmed?
She can appear as a side character in other episodes though.

Use a plot device to kill a plot device, it's only fair this way I guess.

Yeah, but there can always be a season two.

Didn't think off Cortez, he almost killed Luna because he couldn't believe that the granddaughter of Magneto could be a human. So, he could be a likely suspect.

I still don't care. In five years he'll be forgotten.

Unless you grew up reading X-men in the 90's where he was one of the main Acolytes, one of the main villains of the Bloodties event and is Magneto's answer to Starscream.

Sounds like a satire character for certain X-fans who demand character A to be a mutant because that's automatically great.
