I hink the best I can hope for is that they do a What If storyline on Trial of Magneto and give us a story that Wanda fans love, not this train wreck we are currently reading.

They can do a lot moer cool what if about every other thing about her, seriously, there is no need to give ToM more atttention than it deserves.

It's not bad writing. They don't have that kind of relationship. It'd be weird if them barely knowing each other and him not being born to her resulted in him calling her mother.



That would consist of her having nothing to do with the Trial of Magneto. Just going about her own life, doing her own thing. And not reliving HoM for eternity.

I think Billy mainly use Wanda's actual name before. He doesn't need to call her mom or something but they should be close enough to just use the names.

Last time Billy & Wanda were seen together he was calling her mom my take is he just sees this empty husk as not Wanda therefore not really his mother, also he doesn't wanna freak her out. Besides between the 2 we know Tommy is the mama's boy.

Yeah but honestly him and Tommy doing that earlier in the series felt weird when Marvel had done almost zero footwork to get there. They seem to feel they can put zero investment into relationships, then suddenly jump to some more advanced phase.
