I'm not sure Logan would be able to play Tony Curtis to Kurt's Jack Lemmon, though. Anyway... Logan.

Seems like Marvel is quite dependent on nostalgia with respect to X-Men. Wolverine12 seems to be right about Bogdanovic. Kubert, Booth and now Eaton.
I love that they brought back a variation of Logan's brown and tan/orange costume. I noticed the pose of Wolverines looks a lot like his pose by Marc Silvestri from the issue with the claw marks on it, they were actually torn on the cover. I no longer have it, though.

OMG! Now I remember! Thanks for providing the evidence, Su_Whisterfield. It's greatly appreciated.

(P.S.): Also glad the problem was fixed, so you'd be able to show me this hidden treasure. Thanks again.

Jim Lee's rendition of the X-Universe is truly legendary (IMHO):

Thanks for the reminder. That cover was truly innovative (IMHO):

Great. Now I want to draw it. Though Kurt is much more Tony Curtis to Logan’s Jack Lemmon...

This is entirely From the Shadows fault. Entirely.

The original poster. I was going to do Ororo as Marilyn, but she just doesn’t do sex-kitten (now, Jane Russell...)

Thank you for the images. I miss that comic. And yes it was. And Lee's art is always good. :-D

I was also thinking of Storm to be Marylin. She is the only one I can think of them fighting over, and I also figured though her characters and Ro's aren't alike. At. All.

I'm posting this just because. Not on a Silvestri theme...

I know, right?! But Silvestri came pretty close (IMHO):

Silvestri's swan song (before he left for Image) is an all-time favorite & a definite modern-day classic (IMHO):

Hello, guys. Do you think Wolverine will be in the new Hickman's book line up? Even though I like basically everything Hickman writes, I will only collect it if Logan is there (He should be in every "main" X-Men team, imo).

Another thing; how's his ongoing book? Is it worth collecting it? Thanks!

It really depends on what the book is about I think. If its the Moira book I doubt he'll play much of a role as that will probably be Moira, Charles and Erik. If it's a continuation of the Orchis story line I think he'd be prominent. His current ongoing is excellent, definitely worth picking up, but beware that at least one issue is a tie in to X of Swords so it won't make sense with out the rest of that story.

If they put Logan on Hickman’s X-men team (assuming he’s writing a second X-men title), then adult Cable should replace him on X-Force IMO. Otherwise the whining about his “overexposure” will be deafening.

Plus I think I’d like that. Kind of 90s-esque with two X-men teams and an X-Force team with Cable and Domino on it.

Hickman can write Logan decent enough. It's something I actually want to see again after how he wrote him in HoX/PoX and Laura too if that counts. X-Force is turning out to be a rather overused trope for him. Its not giving him any character development. Like the previous iterations.
