To be frank he saw that the xoffice didn't know what to do with her so he took her and made her a queen he saw her as that I can respect. And he didn't make her powerless to tachala infact under his own pen storm was written to be the power in the power couple.

black writers have always wanted so much more for her than the offices that control her. the hickman era has been a most welcome change to that.
