but go this I like the idea of controlling the body but I don't think she should be able to read minds with seeing they synapses. it may give her insight as to what an opponents next moment will be but I'm not sure how seeing ones synapses would allow her to read their mind.

synapses transverse the entire body. the control our heartbeat, they fire off in our brain, etc. the things she could do on that alone is insane. now add that she control the water in the body, remove the air from your lungs and she becomes unstoppable lol.
