Yeah he used the infinity stones dust to reality warp but that's about it. He pulled a Wanda but instead of targeting mutants, he got everyone with powers.

it's an alternate reality story. Though it is funny that Storm is on a mutant island and her pupils are still white but no powers. I did get a small chuckle out of that.
