No, they are not, Elder Gods definition doesn't necessarily carry over by bloodline, anyone who came after Atum could be considered a new god.
Just like Agamotto is never really stated as an Elder God despite being either Oshtur's child or creation.(The same goes for Set's seven children.)

Ra(Atum) is the son of Gaea and Demimurge, not just Gaea.
All new gods are pure gods, most of them are literally born from the Elder Gods' energy Atum consumed and released, all of them are essentially made from the same thing(whether through a bloodline or recycled dead Elder Gods' energy). Elder Gods just refer specifically to the batch Demiurge created.(Atum is also where Elder Gods/New Gods draw the line, in Thor Annual 10, he is considered the first of a race of new gods.)

You do realize Demimurge created Gaea right? Gaea, who is an elder god, and together they made Ra? Which means Ra is purely a god. He comes straight from the creator of the elder gods and an elder god herself. Ra also created Bast which means Bast is a pure god. Osthur an older old solely created Agamotto on her own once again he's a pure god. The point is these are gods who are solely made from Elder gods they are not mixed with less gods or outside sources like Gaea and Odin making Thor.

Y'all check this out it is the plank temperature as explained by doom. Storm having thermokinesis as part of her omega level powerset should be able to reach and even surpass it if that's even possible.

The pick is not as clear as I would hope but doom basically states that at plank the multiverse breakdown and space time stops working and it was Jhonny attempting to reach it whom we all know is no where near as inherently powerful as storm who was stated to be stronger than invisible woman who in turn is more powerful than all the fantastic four sans Franklin combined and then some.
