Sometimes her face is superimposed over an environment in a way that is more of a visual metaphor, like, to show she's psionically controlling things. Not that she's actually making her face in the sky. Like in that one of her piloting the Blackbird to safety in her wind bubble, or this one from BP. The pages I posted I feel are the few times she actually bent the elements in a near photo-realistic sculptural sort of way. That and the water hologram from HoX, but I don't really count that one because it was a team-up mutant machine sorta thing. Originally Posted by butterflykyss

She didn't create that face in the cosmos. That's the artist's rendition showing Storm explaining what she's doing and just how expansive her reach is across the fleet.

What a beautifully scenic cover. Wherever Storm is going, it seems like she'll be gone for a while. Although with the Krakoan gateways, she could just come back home whenever she wants.
