So, what's in the story?

Rogue wears rouge.
Angel knows all the angles.
Is Tim bi though?
He hasn't labeled himself yet. The media has said he's bi but has DC officially said it?
He was in a relationship with Stephanie and broke it off for no stated reason before his interest in Bernard.
It seems to me that it's completely possible Tim could be gay. Lots of gay people date the opposite sex before coming out.
This is totally true in real life, but it's more complicated in fiction.
The reason why Tim broke it off with Stephanie for no stated reason is because the writers don't know how to handle this, but they wanted to dabble in Tim being part of the LGBT community.
Also, the writer has said they don't want to dismiss Tim's feelings for Stephanie. So, it's more likely they would make that Tim is bi.
