It’s been since The Black Mirror Pre Flashpoint, I believe. Higgins wanted the 2 to meet in an issue but that never happened, Grayson has Tim do some research favor but that was it. And nothing in Rebirth.

They also had an issue in Rebirth tec where this same train scene was referenced.

I wish Taylor had showed another moments from Dick and Tim's past. They did more than ride a train that one time pre flashpoint. There's like more than 20 years worth of stories to choose from rather than the one fans on Taylors twitter referenced recently.

On the other hand it shows that Taylor is listening to fans which is good.

Tim is in a story in Batman Black and White #5 that came out this week for those that collect appearances.

It is interesting that Tim Drake doesn't have a codename (unlike the other characters).

I guess this is because he isn't main Robin anymore.

It's for disambiguation, since saying Robin could mean Damian Wayne. It's like when Marvel refers to Miles Morales instead of Spider-Man.

That's something Batman Beyond and Next Batman were able to circumvent. But characters like Jon Kent, Yara Flor, and Tim Drake seem to be stuck in that position. Unless they refer to Tim as something like Robin Eternal. Since he's... eternally Robin.

That's probably why Yara is Wonder Girl instead of Wonder Woman. It's the previous Wonder Girl Cassie Sandsmark who now has a branding problem.

In Infinite Frontier Secret Files #2 there is a weird appearance of Red Robin in a Flashback panel of Roy Harper.
It should be Dick the one depicted, anyway it's clear in the Robin's chest the "RR" symbol. Probably a mistake.
