Damian doesn't even have the book anymore, Bruce took it back when they met in Tec #1032.
Several members of the batfamily will have a cameo in Robin #1, but it's not a reunion with Damian.
I don't think Tim will play a big role.

To be fair, if Tim solved a case in the Black Book just by looking at it, I am seriously questioning Bruce's ability as a detective. Damian is my favorite, but I'm kinda baffled that Batman as someone who can access police record anytime didn't realize that his cases were handled by the suspiciously same detective, and as someone who always keeps tabs on his villains, didn't realize that Hush has secret sister, and somehow Damian who lived on Gotham for 3 years realized it.

But there's high possibility that the Black Casebook will never get mentioned again.

He looks angry, wonder why? And I hope they will make clear what to call Tim now that Robin is still used by Damian. Not that they can't make both of them Robin, but a clear declaration would be nice like they did to Batgirls.
