Maybe because Tim was supposed to grow out of Robin mantle for years, and him still being Robin is just character stagnation, and unwillingness to make some changes for character?

They have made changes to Tim. He is Now LGBTQ, Black [well mixed with Chinese] and he also just last week became Asian. Tim is the most diverse Robin.

Tim also likes to call himself Robin sometimes. It's the same as Jace. Two characters who AREN'T WB's official mascots/recognised brand representation's.

Jace is the Black batman and Tim is the Filler Robin.

I think you're missing the point, buddy... Red Robin isn't the same as Batman. No one was drawing comparisons of the characters themselves...

I really wasn't aware of the changes to Tim, him being Black mixed with Chinese, that's kind of a rare combination.
So what happens to all the 100's of stories when his dad was living, and the ones where his mom was also alive. Is it just non canon now ? Never happened I guess.

Yea, he's definitely trolling. The castings for Tim in both live action depictions have no barring to what is going on in the comics.

I only get Batman, Detective & Nightwing, so I'm not aware of what happens in other books.
But it was cool to see Tim back as Robin . I've read 100's of stories back in the day with him as Robin.

Yes this is just getting ridiculous.
Let’s forget all the Drake nonsense and keep a direction for good.
Tim at this point is Red Robin, not the best codename ever, but this is it.
I’ll never understand why they decided not to proceed on the pre Flashpoint path.
Anyway here we are again… In my opinion the solution is right there, using his red/black/yellow costume, the one he wore after Conner died.
It is his own outfit and justify at best the Red prefix before Robin.
I’ve always hated that suit and preferred the former one but in this case it makes sense.
And let’s focus on the character’s evolution. Give him a new purpose, and keep it once and for all!
