The laces on her boot do look kind of purplish and seem to match nearby parts of Dick's suit, but they may actually be black laces. (And is Redondo even giving her laces, or only Campbell?)

I'd call her new suit indigo, which is between blue and violet. The Burnside outfit also had a slight violet tinge to it. But full violet would be Spoiler color, and obviously this suit's color can't be confused with Spoiler's. And violet is lighter than purple.

That doesn't settle the matter for us, but makes me wonder how Newton would describe the new Batgirl suit!

I don't know if females wore "pajamas" back in Newton's days . . . I think nightgowns were more likely.

Not quite. Steph is quite insistent that the colour of all of her costumes, except of course the Robin one, is Eggplant.

‘Batgirl’: Talent Lines Up To Test For Barbara Gordon Role

Although test deals still are being locked up and some already have passed, the talent expected to test for the role includes Isabella Merced, Zoey Deutch and Leslie Grace. We also have heard Haley Lu Richardson’s name, but she might have bowed out before the test process.
