I like all of those designs (though the Burnside era bothers me for other reasons). I think I'm the only one who liked the SGM redesign, because it reminded me of the Year One costume.

I love this suit and it should have definitely become Babs MAIN Batgirl costume in the DC Comics Universe, I would love to also see it in live action. I really enjoyed the Three Jokers story and was really hoping for more from it like a sequel or on going series in that timeline coz Babs as Batgirl was perfect in it.

So apparently teenagers can wear skintight costumes but not adults .

I think people are just a little self-conscious about it.

Agreed. I think the burnside costume is a great starter costume before taking on a more armored look like at the beginning of New52

The Burnside Batgirl costume is pretty popular outside comics (where Barbara tends to be younger). In itself, it isn't a bad costume, but it doesn't fit current Barbara.

Burnside costume should have been her first appearance Batgirl costume. Then when she became apart of the Batfamily that is when she should have got the amazing adult armored costume that she wore in Gail Simones Batgirl series. I still miss that costume so much, that has to be my favourite apart from her Arkham Knight costume which was similar to this one.
