I don't think an "Oracle" comic is likely / necessary since she's already in a few titles where she has that role. As for Birds of Prey, not sure how likely that might be with Barbara working with Cass and Steph in Batgirls and with Dinah in both Justice League and Deathstroke Inc. at present.

Yea there was another person before Jason Todd named Jason Bard. Before Dick Jason was a long time boyfriend. Funny enough bro Jason's were red hairs. Bard does appear in other comics outside the main one
