The timeline is weird. It was 6 years ago.

Dick is Robin and she already knows that he is Robin and tries to recruit her to become Robingirl so it seems like she goes from this to Batgirl to Oracle to Commissioner all in 6 years.

But she's Batgirl long enough to know and work with Jason Todd when he was Robin even though Dick had just given up Robin in S1 so Joker didn't happen until at least until midway in S1 if not S2 which means her hatred for vigilantes and taking over Gotham PD is very fresh.

Just finished watching episode 6 of Titans and how disappointing. I was so excited for the flashback in hopes of finally seeing Babs at Batgirl but instead we get

Babs as a Catwoman rip off. Since when did Babs ever steal or become a thief or a do anything illegal. She is always so by the book. We could have seen an amazing flashbacks of Babs as Batgirl but instead we get this story of Babs stealing and also convincing Dick to become a thief as well.

I did like the fight scenes, they were great but would have been even better if Babs was dressed as Batgirl.

I am just really feeling annoyed and let down by this episode for what they did to Babs backstory.

She also said she did it to keep her dad on her toes but there had to be a better way of going about that than actually becoming a criminal. She didn't seem that serious about that excuse anyways.

The excuse was so laughable. It's Gotham! Im sure he was lucky to get 1 day off.

I'm kind of reminded of ASBAR Batgirl who skateboards her way into beating up and riling up a bunch of street kids and then it gets out of control and she ends up arrested and left to face the mercy of the courts..
