Wanda’s entire character arc is literally just:
• do something fucked up
• take no responsibility for actions
• get away with it
• repeat
Pietro tries to save her .

Pietro is the evil twin
1. It’s a variant cover.
2. It’s a weird complaint to make over a story where Wanda is a corpse and may not get any development.
3. It’s an overstated complaint. After House of M, Pietro got to play out his development and semi-redemption in multiple ongoings (X-Factor, Mighty Avengers, Avengers Academy) while Wanda was banned from appearing in any comics at all. So if anything it’s the other way round: he got character development from House of M and she didn’t.
Nah
Villainized in the Scarlet Witch solo, where again he was written ooc to make him look as the bad guy in Wanda’s life (they do have conflict to explore, that thing didn’t do it)
So im just sick of pietro not getting what he deserves and not being turned a villain for Wandas story development.
And he wasn't wrong in that. The writer just was obligated to bring in CW II bs because that's what Marvel was pushing. But that's hardly Pietro being used as a plot device. A plot device is when a character is used as an object to be a catalyst for others' stories. There wasn't much story there. Just a disagreement on a page.

. Wanda reminding Pietro that she absolutely can and will control him if he steps out of line was the end of any defense I might feasibly give that woman.Wanda is abusive towards so many people in comics. She does something bad, she gets coddled by everyone around her and then faces no true consequences. The narrative never treats her appropriately to me, and it sucks.
And I'm sick of Wanda being turned into a plot device for others' stories as well. Both twins haven't gotten the greatest stories in almost 2 decades. He at least had narrative in Avengers Academy and Son of M. He wasn't made comatose and didn't appear in the story that was supposed to be about him. He's been removed from comics but the same was done to Wanda. If you think he's a plot device and Wanda has not been, then you need to read more comics.
Love is for souls, not bodies.
Yes, Quicksilver was badly written in that one issue of “Scarlet Witch,” and it was bad writing for her to call him a sociopath.
Is it news to Wanda’s fans — or really, fans of any character — that characters are sometimes written badly?
