Oh, for heaven's sake, Parker just heard Murdock talking to him as DAREDEVIL less than thirty seconds before talking to him as Matt. And they were both in VERY close proximity:
There is NO NEED for secret identities in the MCU! EVER!
Secret identities are dumb. Very few can pull them off. It's an outdated concept which creates forced drama because people like Peter would not tell his friends and family he is Spider-Man. I think it's ridiculous that MJ would actually get mad at Peter when he saved her life as Spider-Man. I mean, come on! Same thing goes for Matt and his colleagues. And Peter and Matt hiding their identities from each other is just plain idiotic to me. Here's a quote I found online which I TOTALLY agree with:
"Even if characters hide their identities from the public, guys like Spider-Man have several foes with enhanced senses of smell. The Lizard or Kraven can follow him home easy. It's why I hated the idea of Pete as a school teacher. How could he not realize that and put kids in danger? The rest can easily be found with facial recognition, or body recognition software. Never mind simple stuff like voice, moles, scars, etc. It's pure fantasy to believe these heroes could be high profile in the age of camera phones and nobody could connect the dots. Look how quick people online are found when they do a crime or are missing."
So IF Daredevil ever join's Feige's MCU, I REALLY hope he doesn't have a secret identity. Marvel Comics is apparently phasing them out too, thankfully:

Manwithoutfear.com still has it at Dec 1 (see below). Nov 17 was the initial date. It would be great if it comes out sooner but what with all the delays with paper/printing problems, it seems we might have to wait till Dec 1.
Man, I can't wait until I get the Daredevil by Charles Soule Omnibus. I'm really looking forward to it.
