The Bendis/Maleev run wouldn't exist without the Miller run of course but for me, it's the pinnacle.

As much as I would love too see Cox on the big screen, I am super worried about the tonal difference between the 2 mediums.

Love the Bendis run. Although Brubakers first 12 issue ark is possibly my favourite DD story.

The Devil of Cell Block D is up there with Born Again for me.

I preferred overall Bendis' run. Much better constructed, with more thrills all along.
To me the best of Brubaker is "Daredevil: Cruel and Unusual", of course, it's co-written with Greg Rucka.

I agree that Bendis’ run is better. I just finished a reread of it (probably the first since I ever first read it years ago) and I really enjoyed it. I think my favourite might have to be “Out” just for how well Bendis crafted it and approached it.

Slightly more than wegothiscovered.com. I would take it with the tiniest grain of salt.

wegotthiscovered is not a reputable site. They live off of click bait.

Can't say I enjoyed any of the issues after 'Devil in Cell Block D'.

For those of you interested in Daredevil's appearances in other comics, I came across a few as I've been reading through various Marvel comics. He plays a substantial part in Punisher (2018) # 2-3

He also plays a leader of the survivors in the Marvel Zombies (2018) one-shot which is an alternate universe.

In addition, he has minor appearances in the Jessica Jones mini-series "Blind Spot" (cameo) and "Purple Daughter" (2 pages).

Continuing my reread and I’ve just got through “Without Fear” by Brubaker. I liked it and appreciated the revamp of Mr Fear. Surprised he never came back.

Does anyone know if Lily Lucca returned in any shape or form?
