I reckon Abbatoir will find it's way into a DD epic. Vol. 5 will hopefully open the way for a Daredevil Vol. 2 Omnibus in the next year or so

You think so? Volume 1 seems to be readily available pretty much every where, so I have gotten the impression it doesn't sell well.

I do think so. I believe Vol. 1 had quite a high print run hence copies still being available. I used to monitor the figures for comics sold to North American Comics Shops as reported by Diamond. Daredevil Vol. 1 Omnibus sold 1,921 copies in its premiere month. By my calculations, this is the 24th best sale of all Marvel Omnibuses of which there are around 200 if not more.

I am genuinely surprised they didn't title the book "Daredevil and Black Widow" since it was literally the name of the magazine at the time. I actually thought it was weird to call the last Epic "A Woman Called Widow" since she didn't appear until about two thirds of the way in and it might cause confusion with the more Black Widow-centric one that follows. Apparently the solution is to not give the next one a Widow-centric title.

Anyway, my prediction is it'll be Issue 87-107 plus Avengers 111.
