Speaking of, the last time the Chaste were used was during Chichesters first arc, if I’m not mistaken. It wasn’t bad, Ghost Rider and all. Lee Weeks was pretty good, too. It’s a shame he left the title soon after.

Lee Weeks was definitely one of the finest artists to grace the pages of Daredevil with his art.

Hmm Daredevil is definitely a guy who is great at working "within the system" as the saying goes to create positive change. It does make sense for him to try to influence organizations like the Hand. However... LEADING the Hand needs a very specific motive. I'm not sure there is a valid one that doesn't involve the Hand... stopping being the Hand.

I don’t think he intended the stop them from being the Hand as much as to direct them as much as he could towards more altruistic purposes.

I know, right?! Anything involving 90's Ghost Rider/Dan Ketch will always be memorable (for me, at least ):

Couldn't agree with you more. Definitely needs to come back (IMHO):

That would make more sense i.e. bringing an end to the Hand BUT I'm sure someone would always bring them back.

I just don't think that's possible. It's like trying to make the Mafia into a fully operational non-profit organisation.

Maybe not possible. But I like that Matt had the opportunity to wield that kind of power and took it to make the best use of it he could.

That double splash page and the lead up to it was so good!

Yeah, reminds me of Paolo Rivera's cover:
