The best part of that clip is Peter finding all the guards Daredevil defeated and asks “what happened to these guys” and Daredevil replies “me”. So good!

It’s less that Daredevil was asking for financial help as much as he was asking for help to save the city. Money just happened to be integral to that particular situation.
