Matt definitely was shown to do a general practice that dabbled in many areas of law. That's less and less common but not impossible when you're in private practice.

Yeah I was thinking about the whole deal with super-lawyers in Marvel and realized Sharon Ginsberg's specialty was seemingly stuff related to corporate contracts and stuff along those lines.

I finally got around to reading the FCBD Spider-Man/Venom comic. Not sure what to think yet. Will reread it a couple of times. spoilers:

I don't think the panel with all the "dead" heroes is real. If it is, it will be an alternate universe to be retconned along with Mike and Butch. What is interesting is that Elektra dressed as Daredevil is one of the dead heroes and Fisk is addressing/talking to Daredevil which means that Matt is probably back as the official Daredevil.

Ok, thanks. Tom King is a mixed bag for me. The Vision was very very good. The Sheriff of Babylon was pretty good, whereas Mister Miracle and The Omega Men started off quite good but disappointed me.

Oh yeah, he did some pretty good covers for Punisher (2018). Daredevil appeared in issues #2 & 3 of that run.
