I once played dumb with a buddy of mine asking about Injustice. I lent them my Justice TPBs instead and he ended up liking it a lot more.

That said, Kingdom Come is essentially the same thing, with Ross taking aim at the worst excesses of the Image anti-heroes of the 90s, but I think it's done a little more elegantly there, mostly because Waid is a much better writer than Krueger is.
Aside from the Hal stuff being transparent digs at the Parallax situation (which honestly? go for it Ross), I don't really see much criticism of later stuff in Justice. At least nothing that stands out as much. Are there any other specific examples?

Well, if you're ever worried about Hal's treatment in DC media (or lack there of) just remember it's him in the DC intro of pretty much every DC production .

Well it looks like Hal is our first line of defense against the coming Vampire Takeover...either him or Zan of the Wonder Twins are dying aren’t they? Hopefully Hal has better luck with the vampires then Zombies.

P.S./question: Has Hal actually ever met Andrew Bennet, this clearly being the version from New 52?

The whole Aquaman plotline was a repudiation of pretty much everything that had happened to the character between 1977 and 2008.

Given the subtitle and his recent push, it's probably John centered.

Maybe he'll be in a supporting role.

I'm actually wondering if they might adapt from the "older Hal, younger John" dynamic that was rumored for the films. Sinestro has his Sinestro Corps. uniform so maybe Hals' Johns-era adventures already happened.

Ok , I don't know where to post this but here goes.

Did anyone notice that GL #7 had Killowog on the cover and both stories had nothing to do with Killowog ?

Does anyone know if it was a mix up with Cover & stories or what was it ?
I think that GL could support another book, although I don't know the sales figures.
We know that Hal is out there alive & Killowog too.
But we don't know anything about Kyle & Guy .
I would like to see Jo interact with Hal at some point.
