Bendis has said in interviews that the lineup is going to be constantly changing depending upon the mission and/or story being told. If I had to guess, the main constant will be Naomi, as she's clearly a big priority for DC with the new TV show coming up. Hal will no doubt show up, but I don't think he'll be a permanent fixture appearing in every issue.

I do think Hal will be showing up around the DCU fairly regularly because DC knows the character is popular and he's a sure-fire way to goose sales. Remember, Hal is sales Viagra.

I'm not holding out hope, he's hardly ever been on the JLA since his return. I've become convinced that DC is waiting for all the Hal fans to grow old and grey, so they can finally dispose of him.

Despite being the most profitable GL, (at least in terms of comic sales) Don't mean to sound negative, but it's disheartening to have him always left off the JLA.

Forget Hal and Barry or Hal and GA, Hal and Superman had a really nice friendship and were always paired together. At least in JLA in the silver and bronze ages.
My name is Wally West. I"m the fastest man alive. I"m the Flash.

    Favorite Heroes - 1-Flash/Wally West, 2-Superman, 3-Green Lantern/Hal Jordan, 4-Nightwing, 5-Hawkman, 6-Firestorm, 7-Supergirl/Linda Danvers, 8-Zatanna, 9-Robin/Tim Drake

    It's from a Spectre issue I think.

It's an unexplored friendship in modern times for sure. I'd like to see a Hal/Diana story too. Bothers me that some of the founding JL members don't seem to have much of a relationship with Hal at all anymore. I get that not all 6 of them would be close friends with him, but not to have them interact with him at all for so long is just crap.

I wouldn't go that far, but I'd say given Hal's popularity he must have a lot of young fans too, so if that's indeed what DC is planning, they're pretty much in for a losing battle. I never understood the associations between Hal Jordan and "the old era" or "the old fandom". Where did that even come from. The vast majority of the popular characters today all come from that same era, yet Hal is the one always held to a different standard. Most of the **** talking you see about him comes from social media and twitter is a toilet that has nothing useful to say about anything.

Kind of reminds me of the rotating roster of Jason Aaron's Avengers.

I think it comes mostly from their weird decision for him to seem older than Clark and Bruce in post-COIE. If anything, he should be a bit younger than either.

And I echo the desire for more Hal/Diana interactions. It sucks that Johns is the only one that really did anything with them and it blew ("Dibs")

Reminds me of a scene from HL&GLC where, after defeating Hector Hammond, Clark invites Hal to the farm (back when Supes was living outside Smallville) to have dinner with Lois, adding that (paraphrasing here) "Jon would love to see you." But Hal begged off to see Carol. I've viewed Hal as having a cordial friendship with Clark where they're comfortable with each other.

Your right, Hal is a universally loved character, which is why I don't understand why they continually exclude him from the JLA (Actually I do know why, but I don't want to bring it up again, other than saying other characters can be rotated out of the league to allow Hal in it)

We've seen from past runs that he does have the potential to become DC's Wolverine equivalent in terms of comic sales, but it's kind of hard to retain your popularity if your continually excluded from the JLA & multimedia a good portion of the time (albeit; the Ryan Reynolds movie probably stopped all progress)

Anyhow, now that's he's back on earth I'd just like to see him regularly interact with Bruce and Clark. I don't expect him to be the JLA Green Lantern all the time, but at least some of the time would be nice.

I am too. That's really too bad because there's a healthy number of kids in my family who like Green Lantern Hal (much much more than Batman). I actually have two nieces who enjoy pretending to be Green Lantern more than Wonder Woman. And by Green Lantern I mean Hal, not Jessica.

Well I hope Johnny is right, but it does seem odd that Hal is continually excluded from the JLA. I mean what is it, two three years he's been on the team since his resurrection and redemption...which only happened because of fan demand.

Love your avatar btw...I should look at getting something more superheroish.

Maybe the protective aura of the GL ring protects from Force Choking...
