That 2nd issue took a nosedive for me anyway, while I thought the 1st one was good. Pretty much everyone felt unlikable here.

Damn, how impressive would a 2-3 yr run on GLC by Perez in his heyday have been? Regardless of writer it would be a classic.

Considering he demanded to draw every Legionnaire ever in Legion of Three Worlds, Green Lantern Corps would have been a true sight to behold.

Wonder why 2 issues in and they still don't show who Green Man is. Is it supposed to be some kind of shocking twist if he turns out to be someone who's never been a Green Lantern before, or a different take on any of the human Lanterns. Feels strange to keep his identity a secret. The Supergirl "twist" was probably more surprising than whatever they would do with Green Man.

I guess the reason I doubt it's him is the "powerful aliens will kill us" narrative. They are afraid of the Els but they would trust another powerful alien? I think GM has to be human but I really don't get the need to hide his identity.
