Another cover! This one is awesome. I don't always like the slender Kurt when he is in his classic togs especially but Kurt looks strong here. And some artists can pull it off. I know some people don't like "old" Kurt but I'm glad he looks older than 18. i also like how exciting the whole cover itself looks.

    Also -- another interview!

It’s an excellent interview, Si gives just enough away to spoil without actually spoiling things!
Love the cover, two of the most powerful mutants on the planet and Kurt will just throw himself between them, like a kitten between a couple of fighting Rottweilers.
I like slender but athletic Kurt, he’s only 160lbs but it’s all muscle and sinew. There are plenty of muscular superheroes, Kurt is an acrobat, first and foremost. I do like him looking like a grown adult, not a kid, though.

I am really happy Kurt has got to lead his own book he’s always been one of my favourite X-Men. He’s just an intrinsically decent person and interesting character.

I prefer to see him as a panther, lol.

I'm pretty sure this is the same artist - X-Infernus.

I find him very interesting. Under the right writer. He really needs one.

Not long now until Way of X #2. Liking the spoiler panels so far. Probably won't get my wish but I'd like to see more of the many persona's of Kurt Wagner....all of whom really like pirates.

From the panels so far, I am amused by Kurt’s psyche being a pirate ship crewed by lots of different versions of himself. But I agree, I don’t think we’ll see much of them, I’m assuming it’s Legion delving into his funny fuzzy wee head. Good luck with that David!

    Only a week to wait.

And Kurt is definitely bringing sexy back on one of those covers.

    In theme...

Will this look needs to make a comeback soon?

I sincerely hope not. One of my least preferred styles for Kurt.

I liked it fine. I only started disliking it when many people with no real interest in Kurt started saying that was the only time Kurts looked good or been capable without reading the books. That's when it fell out of favor with me. I sure hope no one is avoiding the Ellis/Pacheco/Casey Jones run because of it. He is still very much Kurt... they were just taking what AD started further. But now I would not mind if irt made a comeback.

Kurt came back from the dead. And since he is no longer a dead man he needs to be brought back to life. He needs to start acting like he's alive.

    JMHO. To each their own.
