Not necessary whatsoever that the MCU Dazzler a member of the Mutant race is to appear first when encountering the super hero team X-Men in the MCU because like in her debut she didn't wonder where her light powers came from...
I love-love-love that the mutant Dazzler simply loves that she can dazzle people and couldn't care less about the fact she is a member of the Mutant race I'd like to see this in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well.

IMO there are to be Mutants in the Marvel Cinematic Universe who like what they are and that they understand that the reason they are hated and feared is that Homo Sapiens feares and hates that Homo Superiors can potentially outnumber/replace them...

declaring mutants a more serious threat than any other facing the world.
The media pick up on his theory declaring a 'Mutant Menace' on society.
Xavier learns of the news
and decides to appear on a live television debate against
