I'm somewhat amused by thought of what the reactions would be if the first three mutants officialy introduced in the MCU would be Mystique, Rogue and Marrow. The first two would of course be no issue, especialy when used in the Captain Marvel sequel, as that would be a connection to a comic storyline, but the last one might cause some uproar over being picked before many more famous or popular mutant characters. But then again the MCU is no stranger to using lesser known or valued characters and giving them spots in the movies.

Separate? That is insulting! The comicbook character Storm is a Woman of Marvel.
IMO every Woman of Marvel who is a Mutant and an X-Man(=Human with Ex-tra power)

are always to be included with the other non-Mutant Women of Marvel on everything.
Looks like the insult will no longer be an issue come April 2021

    Happy Birthday Frank Miller!!!

    Marvel Team-Up #100 Dec 1980
Guest-starring Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four.
"And Introducing Karma! She Possesses People!"
Spider-Man is possessed by an unseen figure and made to attack a party hosted by General Coy.
The Fantastic Four are in attendance, and defend Coy against Spider-Man.
When Spider-Man gets the better of them, Coy's nephew Tran secretly intercedes, breaking Spider-Man's possession.

The FF take him to the Baxter Building, where a scan reveals evidence of the possession.
Mr. Fantastic contacts Professor X, who confirms the presence of a new mutant in the city.
The FF & Spider-Man track the mutant to a church, where they encounter a young woman named Xi'an.

She tells the heroes of her childhood in and flight from Vietnam,
and how her criminal uncle General Coy and her twin brother Tran
have taken her younger siblings hostage in order to force her to work for them.

It was they whom she was attempting to rescue using Spider-Man who she believed to be a criminal, thanks to news reports.
The FF & Spider-Man agree to help Xi'an, but when they attack Coy, Tran, who shares Xi'an's mutant ability,
takes control of the Fantastic Four and pits them against Spider-Man.
This forces Xi'an to use her power to counter her brother's,

    ultimately killing him.
Accepting she shares some of her brother's darkness,

Xi'an christens herself Karma and is reunited with her siblings, as the FF & Spider-Man marvel at her power.

Fingers crossed that the marvel character Karma will lead the super hero team The New Mutants like said character did when The New Mutants ongoing series began in 1983 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Vision and the Scarlet Witch #2 Nov 1985
    "Brothers"
Continued from West Coast Avengers #2...

Ultron's aerial attack on the Quinjet results in the capture of most of
the remainder of the West Coast Avengers plus Vision and the Scarlet Witch.
At the Lethal Legion's hideout, the Grim Reaper explains his plan to harvest
the pure essence of Simon Williams from the minds of Wonder Man and
the Vision to transplant into the zombie body he had made to look like Simon.
Wonder Man is nearly caught up in his fear of mortality again, but manages
to fight back once he's brought out of containment to begin the procedure.
Mockingbird, the one Avenger that wasn't on the jet at the time of their capture,
arrives from tracking the Quinjet's radio signal to free the others and a brawl ensues.

At this point, Man-Ape and Black Talon abandon Grim Reaper, maintaining
no loyalty to one who was so openly racist towards them earlier.

Suddenly outnumbered, Reaper and Nekra make an attempt to split up and escape.
Leaving the rest of the Avengers to deal with Goliath and Ultron,
Vision and Wonder Man take off to pursue the Lethal Legion's mastermind.

On their way through an underground cavern, the two manifestations of Simon Williams
have time to bond and help Wonder Man get over his fears.
Wonder Man comes to understand the Vision and accept him as a brother.
When they catch up to and corner Reaper over a deep crevasse,
Vision confronts the raving villain with what he learned from his mother:
That it was Eric that stole the money that Simon took the blame for.
Reaper admits it, but Wonder Man denies it. Simon was guilty of stealing the money and ruining
his own company and Eric just didn't want that spoiling the memory of his good and pure perfect brother.

Realizing that if Wonder Man knows this, he must really be Simon and not an imitation.
The Grim Reaper can't come to grips with how he's been trying to kill his own brother
and runs, slipping into the crevasse where he disappears.

Afterwards, Goliath is captured, but Ultron and the rest
of the Lethal Legion have all escaped their separate ways.
As Vision leaves with his wife, he tells her how his experiences that day have
got him thinking about family and asks her what she thinks about having a baby.

Vision and the Scarlet Witch #3 Dec 1985
    "Ancestors"
Two months earlier, the Salem Seven had recovered their powers and overthrown Agatha Harkness,
burning her at the stake to claim their status as the supreme witches of New Salem.

After their victory over the Lethal Legion, Vision and Wanda take
a walk through the Rocky Mountains countryside to discuss their future,

including the possibility of having children even though Vision's synthezoid physiology can't reproduce with a biological human mutant.
Their conversation is interrupted when they stumble across New Salem and are ambushed by six of Salem's Seven.
Vertigo knocks out Wanda while Vakume drains Vision's energy.
Wanda reawakens in a hexed cage alongside her still-inert husband and Gazelle,
who was chosen to be sacrificed for opposing the rest of the coven's plot to entrap the couple.
Gazelle accepts her fate and refuses to help,

but changes her stance on actively hindering Wanda after overhearing her pour her heart out to the Vision,
who was incidentally playing possum so that Vakume wouldn't drain him completely.

The next morning, after Gazelle's sacrifice, the two remaining prisoners are tied to stakes to be prepared for their turn.
Vision, recharged by the sun, takes that moment to break them free.
Vertigo channels all of New Salem's magical energy to attack, but Vision's counter-attack causes her
to lose control of it and the mystic force goes wild, threatening to destroy the town.
The Scarlet Witch steps in to channel the energy, attempting to ground it to the mountain.

Just then, a spectral image of Agatha Harkness appears to Wanda, telling her not to just channel the power, but to use it.
The mountain explodes with energy and things become calm once more.
The town is heavily damaged and the witches have all disappeared.
Wanda herself isn't sure how she used the power in the final instant, but time will tell...
