Why would it be top secret if it’s just the Darkhold event that was already solicited?

I think there was some talk of AoS returning and it being on Disney+, as for Agent Carter I could see a flashback scene or some sort of connection. So maybe an Inhuman is in it, Toro could work.

No, those accounts just post random signal boosts for whatever Marvel has to be pimping at the time. It has nothing to do with bringing back any of those shows or characters. The Agent Carter account also has tweets promoting Stumptown while Inhumans has ones for the Cloak and Dagger TV shows. It's promotion.
