While I like the idea of a cosmic team of Marvels, I still struggle with Monica's place on it as a Captain Marvel. I mean one member came along to take the name from her by editorial decree, while another ensured that she'd never get the name back...also by editorial decree. It just seems like an empty gesture to now want to embrace Monica like she's a member of the family after the fact.
My concerns aside, yes, I think a cosmic family could work. It could work for the Marvels. It could work for a coterie of Captain Universes. It could work for a force of Quantum Band wielding Protectors of the Universe. Space is a mighty big place -- and growing. There's ample room for several teams, all with their own missions and mandates. It's really just a question of what Marvel wants to publish.
Edit: And now that I think about it, The Blue Marvel Corps has a nice ring to it, too. And we definitely wouldn't need to question Monica's place with a family team like that.

Could there be a chance that it moves from November 11, 2022 to February 17, 2023 because of Black History Month?
Might happen, given that GotG 3 is scheduled to STILL be released on May 5, 2023 2 and a half months after The Marvels
As of 2021...yes, it is too soon to bet on it.

Reading up on FRBs or Fast Radio Bursts. (See below link, if interested.)
Imagine Monica being able to release enough energy in a single fast radio burst to match the energy the sun unleashes in a year. Now remember, the sun puts out exponentially more energy per second than the entire planet uses in a year. So a year's worth of the sun's energy output is almost inconceivable. But FRBs are capable of that and possibly more. And with the frequency of multiple bursts every minute.
It's at times like this that I really wish that Monica was written to her true capabilities. Granted, she'd have to be fighting a Celestial or something like that, but I would love to see her cut loose.

JPrime you're so right. I was hoping Rocafort or any other artist could go wild. I've been mostly disappointed. I wish they can use other colors, size n type of EM Spectrum. Now she seems to be stuck in this human blue lighting energy look. Glad however that she's being utilized. Just wish it would look amazing on page.
I hate getting excited over rumors, so play it safe folks.
Twould be awesome, though.
Agreed, I'm cautiously optimistic that Monica's star will take off. Eventually.
Is she appearing in any series right now?
She is guest starring in the current arc of CAPTAIN MARVEL along with various other past Captains Marvel. She isn't appearing anywhere on an ongoing basis, but she has made recurring guest appearances in Kelly Thompson's CAPTAIN MARVEL run as a friend and ally of Carol's.
Of course it is not surprising given that in 2021 there is no incentive to have Captain Marvel appear in her own series. That is to change in 2022. Ghost Rider will appear in 2022 in his own series given that 2022 will be the character's 50th anniversary. Given that 2022 is Captain Marvel's 40th anniversary, the character is likewise to appear in her own series in 2022 as well.
