Puerto Ricans have indigenous (Taino), white (Spanish) and black (West African) ancestry from what I've heard. They're a very mixed people.

People of "Some other race alone" or "Two or more races" constituted 11.1% of the population in the 2010 Census.
Although the average Puerto Rican is of mixed-race,few actually identify as multiracial ("two or more races"); only 3.3% did so in the 2010 Census.They more often self-identify with their predominant heritage or phenotype. According to the National Geographic Genographic Project, "the average Puerto Rican individual carries 12% Native American, 65% West Eurasian (Mediterranean, Northern European and/or Middle Eastern) and 20% Sub-Saharan African DNA."

Research data shows that 60% of Puerto Ricans carry maternal lineages of Native American origin and the typical Puerto Rican has between 5% and 15% Native American admixture.

So on average they are not tri-racial.

Episode 7 is the human to super-human one

Monica Rambeau in WandaVision is a SWORD operative and it seems that her journey
into and out of The Hex on a repeated basis is creating powers of her own.
But in confrontation with Wanda Maximoff in episode 7 on Disney+, her powers seem
to be more "physical" than her original electromagnetic and light powers from the comic books.

Indeed, they are closer to the altered powers from the Captain Marvel one-shot
from 1989 by Dwayne McDuffie and Mark Bright, who also worked on Icon together.

and channelled a little of that when Mr Fantastic explained the nature of Captain Marvel's new powers.

I think most are just bi-racial/mixed,but of course not all.
In the u.s. for example most i think see themselves as bi-racial/mixed,but on the island it could be a differnt story but even on the island most are racially brown i think.
Now some are black and some are white and some are asiatic.
Some of those will have varied other race admixture(bi-racial/mixed race and not bi-racial and not mixed race) and some will have no other race admixture at all.

Some do,some don't but most do in real life.
Some are black,some brown and some are white.
In comics however there are larger amount shown as brown but it's hard to say if the majority are asiatic looking or not.
