I guess Morrison's Young Guardians aren't sticking around... I've said it many times, but one trope I've been tired of for years was the Guardians begin depicted as "out of touch control freaks, etc." It got so bad Sinestro killing most of them was a mercy. But people keep going back to that well and seeing Old Man Guardian lectured by Teen Lantern doesn't interest me much.

Glad to see Simon is still around though and I hope non-human GLs get some play too after the "bro-fest" of Venditti's HJ&GLC title. Also hope Soranik's story with Kyle isn't glossed over and she's just back with no explanation.

Not to mention they've reverted back to their classic uniform.

I'm guessing that the first issue may have Teen Lantern's perspective on the experience with the Corps and what these different planets looks like.

It does sound very adventurous from a Teen's perspective.

personally I'm fine with that, by the time we got to the end of Hill's run I wasn't enjoying in his iteration of the Outsider despite really liking the roster. So I'm fine with an all-new creative team if they bring back Outsiders. Brandon Thomas is sticking with the Outsiders after Future State, doing their story in Urban Legends, so hopefully after that wraps they'll give them to him for the next round of limited series or a new on-going.
