Hopefully we see John get some focus in the animated realm after the Injustice film.

Same here, but I'm curious to see if John appears in stories based on comic events, or original stories.

I'd love to see some of the Englehart stuff in animation.

Since those first 3 letters seem to be "DCU", then "DC Universe Animated Movies" perhaps? Depending on how many characters are there since I can't imagine Batman, Superman and Flash not being there alongside WW and GL. It's curious that John Constantine is there too, since he will only get an animated short so this clearly isn't limited to promoting only the main in-continuity JL members or their respective enemies.

Yea, I'm more than sure the other major superheroes are going to be in those spines. I can't see them being left out.
