hmmm, well the God in Red's forces for whatever reason have an affinity for the Green Lantern symbol. I noticed they were marching directly from the Green Lantern logo on one of the variant covers but seeing it on the lead follower's armor really cemented there is something weird going on there. other than that, no clue what could be going on. it's probably staring me in the face.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

here's a spoiler of sorts.
Unlike some, I have a DEEP knowledge of DC lore. Everything is on the table, especially with the new Infinite Frontier status quo. If you just skim the books for the action bits and the awesome art, you will not be able to keep up.
You have to actually read my stories. Breadcrumbs and easter eggs will abound.
Some ideas--
I don't remember the last time I saw the Manhunters. When Jessica and Simon were being tested against one?
I considered both of these too (can't see the second image), of the two I was leaning toward Red Jack but I don't think he has any connection to the Green Lanterns. I don't think it's Leviathan either but they are new enough that it is possible to make them a GL adversary.
the God in Red's forces are the Khunds, which are an established race, but I don't see anything pertaining to a God in Red on them. they are tangentially related to one amazon who was doing some things in their sector but it wasn't directly linked to them. I may need to re-read and deep dive on any references I can pick up.

For Leviathan, I believe the former Manhunter Mark Shaw served as their leader. (I haven't read the story)
Mark has been written as someone who took over the Manhunter mantle from a hero (and served as a hero himself for a while), but he's also been written as a xenophobic villain--something that contrasts with the ethos of the Green Lantern Corps. The Manhunters Mark has followed the tradition of are people who use the same tech as the Manhunters we know from the GL franchise.
There may be a Manhunter (perhaps Mark) who becomes like Master Mold or a "God from the Machine," so to speak.
I also couldn't ignore a godly character literally named Redjack who feeds on emotional turmoil.
John faced his inner "Red" in Mosaic, there's the Red associated with Animal Man and Vixen, the Darkstars wear Red... But the red here seems to be linked to the GLC logo, so I think it has something to do with the Manhunters or Guardians.
